The book has been a labor of love for Mike Hayes and Ken Sharp, and was published in February 1998. It was initially available in a limited edition first print run of one thousand. This sold out in ten weeks, and we embarked upon a re-print. The second edition sold out too, and we undertook a third print run. Limited quantities are still available.
